Institute for Independent Business

Peter Borg is accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, which is an international training and accreditation organisation for senior business executives from every type of business imaginable.

The Institute is a not for profit organisation. It was established in 1984 in the United Kingdom, where it still has its international headquarters.

It is dedicated to the support and advancement of independent businesses worldwide. It achieves this through research, support programmes and training; and by accrediting senior business executives who have a proven record of achievement in industry.

Many accredited executives, known as Associates of the Institute for Independent Business, operate their own advisory practices on a commercial basis. Collectively and individually, these practices have an outstanding record of achievement – helping independent business owners attain their visions.

Accredited associates collaborate extensively with each other. They can therefore provide their clients with ready access to an astonishing breadth and depth of skills. This can be extraordinarily valuable to the independent business owner, who often finds him or herself in the toughest and loneliest position in business. It is akin to an expert board of directors at your disposal.
