Peter Borg & Associates is a business advisory practice focused exclusively on the SME sector (Small and Medium Enterprises). It provides practical, hands-on assistance to the owners and operators of SME businesses.

Peter is an accredited Associate of the the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and as part of a worldwide network of Associates accredited by the Institure, he is able to provide services which leverage the talents and practical experience of this formidable network of senior business professionals. As of 2008, over 5000 have been accredited in 25 countries (over 200 in Australia).

Peter has held senior executive positions in several different industries: more than 10 years as a management consultant and programme manager responsible for large corporate client engagements, and several years as an SME executive director.

This experience led to the creation of Peter Borg & Associates, to address the unique challenges faced by owners of SME businesses.
